Schools and organizations have strict third-party app access, network, and firewall settings. These settings can lead to issues when you try to use Flip. If you, your students, or members of your organization have trouble when they try to join Flip, post or play a video, or receive emails, it’s most likely because of a setting restriction.
Important: You may need to contact your school or organization's IT department to change some of these settings.
Get access to use Flip
If you, your students, or members of your organization have trouble when they try to join Flip, it’s most likely because your organization has not allowed access to Flip. You must contact your IT department to allow Microsoft email addresses to be used to access third-party apps.
