Use Bitmoji on Flip

1. Download the Snapchat app for Android or iOS.
2. Create a Snapchat account.
3. Open the Snapchat app.
4. On the top left, tap the profile icon.
5. Scroll to find "Bitmoji."
6. Tap Create my Avatar.
   • Important: If you have Bitmoji installed on your phone, you'll be asked to connect it to your Snapchat account. Tap Agree and Connect.

Important: After you create your Bitmoji avatar on Bitmoji, you'll need to connect your Bitmoji account to Snapchat.

1. Download the Bitmoji app for Android or iOS.
2. Open the Bitmoji app.
3. Tap Sign up with Email.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an avatar.

If you followed the steps above but received a "Bitmoji error" message and can't find your Bitmoji in your "Profile photo bubble," you might need to turn on "Bitmoji avatar."

To turn on "Bitmoji avatar," reconnect Snapchat to Flip and closely follow step 6.

1. Go to info.flip.com and log in.
2. At the top left, click My videos .
3. On your profile page, click the large Profile photo bubble .
4. In the "Edit profile" box, click your Profile photo bubble .
5. Click Use your Bitmoji avatar.
6. If you haven't logged in to Snapchat, you'll be asked to log in.
7. You'll be asked if you'd like to connect to Flip. Make sure you turn on Bitmoji Avatar.
8. Click Continue.
9. You'll get a message that says "Login successful." 

Option 2: Link your Bitmoji avatar on Snapchat

1. Log in to your Snapchat account.
2. On the top left, tap the profile icon.
3. Scroll to find "Bitmoji."
4. Under "Bitmoji," if you find:
   • "Create My Avatar:" It means your Bitmoji avatar is not connected to Snapchat. Create a Bitmoji avatar and reconnect Snapchat to Flip.
   • "Change My Outfit, Edit my Bitmoji, or Select Selfie:" It means your Bitmoji avatar is already connected to Snapchat. Try to reconnect Snapchat to Flip.

You must have a separate account for Bitmoji and Snapchat. You can't use your Bitmoji account details on Snapchat. Make sure you create a Snapchat account and log in to Snapchat with the same email and password you used.

Important: These steps are for iOS devices.

If you hovered to your "Profile photo bubble" and clicked "Use your Bitmoji avatar," but you couldn't find  the Snapchat log in screen, try to turn off "Block Pop-ups" in your iOS settings. 

1. On your iOS device, go to Settings. 
2. Select the Safari app.
3. Under "General," turn off "Block Pop-ups."
4. Open a browser and follow the steps to connect Snapchat to Flip.
   • Important: Before you click "Connect," you'll get a pop-up that says "This site is attempting to open a pop-up window." Select Allow.
5. You'll then find the Snapchat log in window.
