Review and manage your group's student list

Each group has a student list where you can easily manage your students. From this list, you can also review videos submitted by a specific student, block or remove students, add students as co-leads, and sync your Google Classroom roster.

How to review a student list

The students list shows you all the students who already joined your group, who attempted to join your group and await your approval, or were added as co-leads.

  1. Go to info.flip.com and log in.
  2. At the left, in your groups home, select a group.
  3. Under the group's cover image, click Students Members.png.

How to remove students from a group

You're able to remove students from your group at any time.

Note: If you want to make sure a student is removed from the group and can't rejoin it, learn how to block students from your group.

  1. Go to info.flip.com and log in.
  2. At the left, in your groups home, select a group.
  3. Under the group's cover image, click Students Members.png.
  4. Next to a student's name, click More More.png > Remove student.
How to review videos submitted by a student

Important: This is only available on Flip on web.

You can review all videos submitted by a specific student in a group.

  1. Go to info.flip.com and log in.
  2. At the left, in your groups home, select a group.
  3. Under the group's cover image, click Students Members.png.
  4. To find a list of a student's posted videos, click on a student.
How to sync your Google Classroom roster

Important: This is only available on Flip on web.

If you add any new students to your Google Classroom roster after you integrated with Flip, make sure to sync your updated roster directly to Flip. Learn more about how to add students from Google Classroom.

  1. Go to info.flip.com and log in.
  2. Select a group you already integrated with Google Classroom.
    • To confirm you already integrated with Google Classroom: At the bottom right of the group's cover image, click Share Share.png. In the "Share group" box, click Other ways to add peopleGoogle Classroom. It will tell you which class you linked and give you options to unlink from Google Classroom or sync your classroom roster with Flip.
  3. Under the group's title and information, click Students Members.png.
  4. To the left of "Search," click Sync roster.
