How to send feedback
We use your feedback to improve our product. While we don't respond to this feedback, you can always get in touch with us by following the steps to receive support instead.
In product
Important: This is currently available for educators on web only.
- Go to info.flip.com and log in.
- If you can't create groups, make sure you join a group first. Learn how to find out if you can create groups.
- At the top right, click

Improve Flip.
- In the text box, enter your feedback.
- From the dropdown, select the feature related to your feedback.
- Click Submit.
In our Help Center
- Go to the Flip Help Center.
- Click on an article.
- To submit feedback, scroll to the bottom of the article and under “Was this article helpful,” click:
- Yes: If you found the article helpful.
- No: If you didn’t find the article helpful.
- When you click "No," you'll find a form with specific questions on how we can improve the article or any other aspects of Flip.

How to receive support
To get in touch with our Support team, click on any article in our Help Center:
- Go to the Flip Help Center.
- Click on an article.
- Scroll to the bottom of the article, and next to “Have more questions?” click Contact Support
- Enter your name, email, select an item from the dropdown options.
- Include the join code or link that relates to your issue.
- Note: If you don’t have one, enter “No link.”
- Specify if you're using a browser or the mobile app.
- Enter a description of your issue.
- Include any screenshots or files that show your issue.
- Click Submit.
